Pimples on toddlers privates what could this be?

my LO has come out in pimple looking spots all over her private parts. It started last night and this evening seems so much worse. Anyone have any idea what they could be caused by? I change her nappy every 2 hours and always change her as soon as she soils. Baths every night also.

They look like pimples but are spreading everywhere? I quickly counted 25 on her bum alone while she was lay in the bath earlier.

she has also woke up with a cough and runny nose this morning could that be related?

should I contact the doctor about this?

included a rubbish zoomed in photo of a few of the spots but they are all over her bum and other area.

It is absolutely NOT chicken pox! You would not be able to console the child if it was. Most likely HFM which is viral.

My daughter’s HFM started with spots in the nappy area for a few days. We thought it was a fungal nappy rash at first but then spots appeared in other places and we heard about other cases of HFM at nursery.
