of a livingroom in which there are no brightly coloured pieces of plastic or wooden blocks scattered all over the floor.

i ahve a dream of patio doors without fingermarks

and doesn't smell of nappies

where there are no raisins squashed into the carpet...

of a bathroom where there aren't little puddles of wee on the floor at least once a day.

We've recently had stairwell/landing etc redone in something called scrubbable emulsion. It hasn't got dirty yet so cant be sure it lives up to its name...it looks ok (not too shiny like some washables). It did cost more than regular paint but hopefully we wont have to repaint for ages.

where ther are no crumbs under the sofa cushions ( despite the fact food is banned)

... of a serene and peaceful household where the kittens don't feel the need to hide.

I have a dream, where my bedroom has wallpaper and not old, knackered plaster and the skirting boards aren't pink! Oh and the wardbrobe doors aren't pink either!

my big dream is to have the shoes in pairs neatly on the shoe rack in the shoe cupboard

I also dream of neat lines of shoes in the shoe place .... and no discarded clothes and shoes by the trampoline in the rain.

coats that hang up themselves NOT inside out
socks that magically pair together
toothbrushes taht find their own way to the holder
toys that fly to the box
jigsaw pieces that dont get lost
i could go on

of tissues from a newly opened box, remaining in tact. least till tissue number three has been employed to some good use. And of said patio doors not being exposed to babywipes by meaningful toddlers, and newly bought ceramic lamp on proudly on display, being bash bash bashed against a wall.... I dream of.....
