totally. we can expect a scolding from professor/wanker Aric Sigman any day now.

Aitch · 16/06/2007 14:11

i don't read the papers, cod, i write 'em. (although am not in alphamummy cleak, obv).

foxinsocks · 16/06/2007 14:13

who do you write for aitch?

thought the article was ok. Dh works on Saturdays - that's just the way it is. Loads of parents work Sats or Suns at the children's school - it's not like it's suddenly going to change.

Aitch · 16/06/2007 14:15

aaah, better not say, foxy.
it rahter made me want to move abroad, somewhere forrin, i'd have to say.

lulumama · 16/06/2007 14:17

DH works every weekend, has done for years..but is off in the week ...usually ...

foxinsocks · 16/06/2007 14:24

and ackshirley, I do HATE all this class crap that gets spouted all the time.

Drusilla · 16/06/2007 14:30

Is Janice Long really Cheggers' sister?!

Aitch · 16/06/2007 14:31

she is indeed.

Drusilla · 16/06/2007 14:34

Good Lorf, never knew that

foxinsocks · 16/06/2007 14:36

is the dr who tonight good aitch?

NKF · 16/06/2007 14:38

Nicola Horlick again. She's such an easy target for the female columnist stuck for something to say.

Aitch · 16/06/2007 14:46

it is indeed, foxy. although next week's even better...

CuttingCod · 16/06/2007 14:47

janice long maybe but janice turner isnt shurely

OP posts:
foxinsocks · 16/06/2007 14:47

lol cod - have you seen your mention by St Caitlin?

CuttingCod · 16/06/2007 14:48

yes.

ih tis liek christmas

OP posts:
Aitch · 16/06/2007 14:49

thier parents would have needed to be fairly bonkers to call two daughters janice... so no.
i don't really think the columnist was slagging off Nicola Horlick, tbh, just commenting on the privilege of her position. it's the culture that we have, of working harder rather than smarter, that she's criticising. imo.
