9 year old going to cinema with a group of 11 year old girls unsupervised???

I would just like to know other peoples views.Am I being too over protective????
I just found out that my ex allowed our 9 yr old DD to go to cinema (dropped off and picked up inside) with his new partners 11 year old DD and a group of 11 year old girls. I think my DD is too young.......would appreciate others views

God it is so scary watching your kids grow up so fast!!!!!!
Anyway....incase anyone interested ........I have decided to let DD continue to go to cinema with other girls. I spoke to her dad who said sorry that he did not explain fully about it. I spoke to DD about it and she cried and said she did not think i would let her go so did not talk to me about it. I re enforced stranger/safety issues and said that i was going to trust her. It was good to get a more objective view from your posts....which helped me decide .
ps..... Hope you make the right decision for you cremelafoam....it is tough....think good communication with your kids is the key.
