Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
PickledMoomin · 04/03/2013 20:18

Thanks for the sympathy ladies.

He has them at mine because his -mansion- place needs work and the children don't have rooms or anything there. He comes here to stay with them to keep things settled and familiar for them.

He had the cheek to tell me he wasn't going to cancel the holiday today and that we should go without him. Told him yo get stuffed. He can put the 9k towards a holiday of a lifetime for himself. The kids will have a break this summer even if it's only camping. They'll still enjoy it.

Have just sat down for the first time since 550 this morning. Wine

That sounds like a positive temperature jump to me Murray!

How's the hand Bhudda?

PickledMoomin · 04/03/2013 20:23

And no, I don't think he does it on purpose but he must be aware by now what's expected of him. He acts like a child though when even relevant criticism is thrown at him. Instead of admitting he could have tried harder he becomes defensive and then isn't willing to see my POV. Makes me so frustrated.

gomurray · 05/03/2013 16:52

Moomin he sounds a bit like my DP ! Men can be very frustrating at times. I'm sure your situation is way worse than mine, my DP just frustrates me at times with his childish behaviour - esp with regards to DS - I genuinely feel like I am parentling 2 children at times ! How you feeling today ?

Temp dropped today - still above coverline but not as promising as it was yesterday. Trying not to be too negative but can't help thinking that Progesterone is not high enough and that basically hormones arre still c0cked up Sad.

Bet your temp peaks again tomorrow.

Feeling better today. Back in control. Two days at work with two drop off and pick ups has been mad. I'm off tomorrow and only have to do one more on Thursday.

.... Trying not to think of next week

BuddhaBelly · 05/03/2013 20:45

Murray Good to know I'm not alone with the immature Dh WinkI definitely have two children too, what is it with men! Any other symptoms? Still hoping for a temp rise for you tomorrow!
Moonin definitely made the right decision not to take up Ds offer, do your own thing, much more fun!
Marbles How you doing? Have you ov'd now?

NoMoreMarbles · 06/03/2013 00:26

High 5s to all those with a child for a DHWink I feel the pain regularly of that particular issue! Moomin you are most definitely not alone there! I'm so sorry things have changed so much and it is all on its head with you and D nowSad I'm here along with the other lovelies in the zoo to hold your hand xx

Buddha I have no idea if I have over but I'm guessing by CM and pains yesterday that I am 1DPO today so AF is due on 16/17/18 th March... To be honest I feel as if our efforts will come to nothing anyway so not really worth tracking it (I will be optimistic again in a few day I think thoughGrin)

Murray. Temps sound promising! I have my fingers crossed for you! Smile

PickledMoomin · 06/03/2013 19:47

How did you get on yo day with S Marbles?

I need a symptoms update ladies.....

Day off with J today. He got up at 5 and was miserable ALL day. Looking forward to work tomorrow Grin

BuddhaBelly · 06/03/2013 20:07

It's joyful when they are soooo happy Grin Makes you appreciate work Wink

No symptoms from me, no AF yet either, was due yesterday but pretty sure she'll be here soon

gomurray · 06/03/2013 20:13

Well I was woken at 5am this morning too, by cramps... TEW got me Sad. Gutted as I had been feeling really positive. On the bright side I do not have to go through the whole faint line nonsense this month. I was actually really upbeat in the morning as had fully expected the faint line shite in a few days so was actually surprised that my body managed to just move straight on to AF without messing with my head. However as the say has progressed my day has plummeted - feeling rubbish now. DP being sweet, just brought me Chinese takeaway so stuffing my face with King prawn Mongolian curry Smile. So there we are, CD1 of a cycle which is hopefully a bit less stressful than the one just gone - am going to get stuck in to a good book and and try not to obsess about ov as I'm sure my stressing this cycle caused further delay !
Hope you are ll ok - Buddha, you muct be due soon too ?.. (assuming needles lady is right and you are not PG this cycle).

gomurray · 06/03/2013 20:16
  • as the day has progressed my mood has plummeted
PickledMoomin · 06/03/2013 22:20

Hugs to you, Murray. I always try and look on the positive side, too. Your body may have needed this month just to regulate cycles and rebalance hormones. You're all fresh, rebalanced and ready to start again.

Not commenting to you Bhudda but will hold my breath. X

BuddhaBelly · 07/03/2013 08:00

Moomin You can breathe now AF is here Wink
Murray Well like you say the good thing is no head f&£k with faint lines but still Hmm Hope your mood has improved today x

gomurray · 07/03/2013 09:31

Mood way better today ladies - just needed half a day to wallow a bit. Chin up and raring to go again ! A fresh, new, positive cycle - perfect timing for more December babies Grin We are on the same day then Buddha - I'll get egg envy when your egg arrives on time Wink

NoMoreMarbles · 07/03/2013 14:01

Afternoon LadiesSmile

sorry AF turned up for both of you Murray and Buddha! fingers firmly crossed for this cycle! DD was due in december so i recommend it for that reasonGrin
i have been having alot of crampy pains the last few days...we DTD last night and it hurt too so im wondering if i can count that as a symptom?Wink other than that nowtGrin im on CD 19 today and AF is due next week i think...my tracker is telling me to test on 18/19th but i think thats quite late going by how my cycle has been...im aiming for around 14/15th and we can go from there i think...

S's appointment went well and she was very braveSmile just the MRI next week and then the results at the consultants to go now...hopefully it will all be nothing to worry about but given how she reacted after the hormone was administered yesterday (stroppy and moody) i think it will be more likely that she will need more meds...she strops about when asked to take her epilepsy meds! we should know more in the next few weeks though so fingers crossed!

BuddhaBelly · 07/03/2013 15:42

Murray Hey cycle buddy Smile glad to hear mood got better. I have a good wallow every month too, doesn't hurt anyone! GrinAt egg envy, maybe we should set our eggs a competition Wink
Marbles Good to hear that the appt went well and at least things are moving in the right direction. I bet it's hard work dealing with hormonal sulks before their time! Shock
Moomin How was work v Joe? Wink

gomurray · 07/03/2013 22:24

I'm def not entering a egg-race with my rubbish AWOL eggs ! I reckon mine may actually be an Easter egg given how long it usually takes to arrive Grin. Roll on the "December baby" cycle. It is undoubtedly the most inconvenient time to have a baby but WHO CARES - I'll take a Xmas day baby at this stage !

BuddhaBelly · 07/03/2013 22:32

Ewan was due December wonder if that's an omen? WinkGrin

gomurray · 08/03/2013 12:10

I remember that your E was due almost exactly a year after my E. E was due on 06/12 and born on 03/12 - December babies here we come Grin

PickledMoomin · 08/03/2013 13:27

Glad the ball is rolling with S, Marbles. Does she have to be sedated for the MRI?

My two are two weeks apart. Same with lots of my friends. This will be the month just to make birthday parties difficult and twice as expensive!

BuddhaBelly · 08/03/2013 18:26

So are we all expecting to get spoiled on Mother's Day? WinkGrin
Mine had better be better than last year or there will be tears andtheywontbemine

PickledMoomin · 08/03/2013 21:02

I doubt it very much.

I did have two home made cards though.

BuddhaBelly · 08/03/2013 21:14

You should see my master piece- it's got pasta stuck to it!! ShockGrin

PickledMoomin · 08/03/2013 21:27

I love it!

NoMoreMarbles · 08/03/2013 23:01

Buddha. Your card is very sweet! Grin DD has made me a butterfly card with lots of glitter and a lavender oaty bag with a label on that says mum Smile it's lovelyGrin

PickledMoomin · 09/03/2013 22:22

Hope you all get a lie in tomorrow. I told the kids I'd put them on the doorstep if they didn't behave. L cried.

C is here. We got a take away tonight and both stubbornly sat for five mins refusing to get plates whilst take away went cold. He eventually carried me to the kitchen so that we could both get them. Take away tasted crap cold, but I'm glad I stood my ground. Wink
