She's finally arrived!! So bloody thrilled for you. Huge congrats!

I had a trainee with Joe who couldn't find anything. The sonographer came and found him immediately. Such a worry when that happens but so glad you got to see a hiccup!

We now need a sparking thread title to celebrate our impending arrival. GrinGrinGrinGrinYou'll have a babe in arms in our next thread.

And I bet the other two will be sprogged up and I'll be even more broody

Ladies ! so sorry for such a tardy update - all is well Grin. We were out spreading the news to family last night then tonight had a P1 visit to school - eek !

Scan was horrendous, sonographer was a trainee - I was a nervous wreck and asked her to tell me as quickly as possible when she found HB. Well she put the thingy on my belly and there was silence for AGES - I was glaring at her and she just squinted seriously at the screen then the trainer came over and did the same - both looked so serious, I was convinced history had repeated itself and my worst nightmare had come true - at least a minute later (which felt like 10 mins) she finally said "oh and there is the HB and a wee hiccup" arrghhhh I was in total shock and it brought me right back to that 20 week scan and I was unable to concentrate or enjoy the rest of the scan and even though I was relieved I was unable to shake the sick feeling in my stomach. Why the FECK did they give me a trainee (she knew my history) !!!!? Anyway, trauma over now and all well. Nuchal measurements were good so hoping for a low risk result despite my age - fingers crossed xx. Our parents are over the moon, everyone just so relieved for us after everything that has happened Smile. Starting to feel a bit more positive and was dated at 12+1 yesterday - this is a BIG baby was that is almost a week ahead of my dates according to ov ! Explains my quickly-expanding belly Wink

Hope you are all well. Well done being so chilled out Buddha, IKWYM about considering giving up, often it was when I was feeling good when I thought that way as I enjoyed feeling 'normal' and unstressed and wanted life to go back to normal and move on. Equally, there is always a pull in the direction of #2 that keeps you going... fingers crossed your chilled out approach works a treat soon. I have 2 friends in their 40s who conceived naturally and are due this year so it can be done xx

Moomin, DP had a Mini until recently and they are soo expensive to fix if you have to go to the BMW garage - hope it is not too painful.

You were very chilled out AF Bhudda! Was it the acupuncture? You've got a while until you're 42 love!

Mini still isn't fixed. It'll have to go to BMW for an accurate repair quote this week. Have C's car so have been pretending it hasn't happened. Rain here. Typical half term. Cinema it is!

Hello ladies ! I'm back at last - didn't feel like the longest holiday ever to me ! E got chicken pox which was fun but we had a fab time nonetheless. scan is 10.30 tomorrow morning. I am sooo nervous. All my PG symptoms disappeared which made me really worry during the holiday but they returned on the last day so fingers crossed... I am sooo fat ! That may be due to eating out 3 times a day for 2 whole weeks - oops ! I'll post tmrw evening with outcome.

Buddha - any temps for us to analyse ? glad you got your boy back. I miss E terribly when he has a sleepover for one night, never mind several days !

Moomin - how are you mrs ? Mini fixed ? Looks like you had a great trip to the beach and bowling this wknd Smile

Marbles - where are you hiding ? Busy exercising and eating lettuce Wink I see your weight loss continues - well done !
