i have felt pretty much under the weather physically since dd was born. just when i think i can see the wood for the trees, i come down with something else. is this common? she is 14 months old and my doc is good but getting to the surgery is a real hassle, so it's just out with the nurofen again...

My DS1 is 5mths and DS1 is nearly 3 and I am totally exhausted but find it tough to switch off enough in the day to nap, as all the things I should be doing run through my head (like MNing). I have one friend that says, 'what do you expect? YOU'RE BREASTFEEDING'. My Step-dad suggested taking Colloidal Silver so I don't catch every cold and flu that DS1 comes home with from Nursery, but I don't know if I can take it when I am breastfeeding. The worst thing is that I absolutely lost it with one of the carers at DS1's Nursery yesterday which left me apologising all over the place. I am dieting too, which I think is OK and I take a vitamin supplement. I think the exercising suggesting might be the best one.
