I dislike parenting, it frustrates me, distresses me and bores me to death. Have no idea what would be best for the children (3 & 1) .. I know everyone else has 'off' days, but i genuinely hate most of the time i spend with them, the whining, and hassling etc. I get incredibly frustrated and upset when i'm in their company. Don't know what would be right for them ; more childcare is obvious i suppose but i pleading - does it, will it, get any better????

Hi TheReal MBJ, my concern about the children is justified. Of course Mum is most important, but we're all desperate sometimes and avoiding the issue won't fix things. Her children are for life, not just for now. Later on this will come back and bite her in the bum if she doesn't deal with it now.

If you think the best solution is for her to avoid the issue that's your opinion, mine is that she should get help with parenting and this would help both her and her children. My suggestions are helpful and although they are not what you might want to hear (and OP to a certain extent) I mean well.

There's no point picking apart advice posts, I'm not being offensive or judgemental. When someone says they "hate being with their children most of the time" alarm bells ring for me. The whole family needs support - childcare is good too, but not at the expense of dealing with this problem. I've never told anyone their advice is shallow and pointless - that's judgemental isn't it?

OP's response is more important than your opinion of my post I think. (sorry this has happened on your post OP)
