I am turning into a very shouty, scary mum, and before the situation gets out of control, I want to try and reverse it.

Does anyone remember her? Or have any 'count to ten' tactics that they use themselves with some success?

er no, just read a bit of that thread, and the one I was thinking of was a less angry mum! She was shouty with boisterous kids and wanted to use stuff like 123 magic, I think...hmm anyone know the thread?
