I have the PLANS for my new house!!!!

I have a dining room and utility room!! I have the biggest garden of all the 4 beds and its end of terrace, we have two allocated parking spaces to the side of the house. The living room is 10ft7 x 16ft11. Kitchen/dining room is 15ft 4ins x 17ft5. downstairs toliet is 5ft x 4 ft8. Bathroom 6ft7 x 6ft3. Bedroom 1 is 12 x13ft10. Bedroom 2 12ft x9ft7. Bedroom 3 10ftx 7ft. Bedroom 4 10ft x 7ft9.
There will be no houses overlooking us because Ocado is behind us.
The lady I spoke to said the houses should be ready by the end of october.

Cool mieow! Sounds like a really good size house. and very of your utility room! Our kitchen/dining area/living room is open plan and we can't run the tumble dryer during the day as the noise is deafening!!

Have you got a hall downstairs or does the front door open into the living room?

The cupboards units are nice, we only had one choice, but the worktops and floor was a bit crap so I went for the lightest one. BUT I have choosen sparkly purple floor for the bathroom DH is going to kill me when he sees it

I will, when we are in!!! had a bit to drink tonight, with my best mate, cousin and his girlfriend. Had a good laugh!! Haven't laughed in ages....

Funny thing happened when i went to the meeting, was sitting down filling in some forms when a young man walked in and said to the lady at the desk 'sorry I'm late' she asked his name which he gave, and I reconised it, looked at him and couldn't place him, was thinking 'sh*t what if its someone next door know' and was worried then., it took me 20 minutes to realise that it was Dh's mate from many years ago

I met the lady two doors up, the lady 4 doors up and another lady 5 doors up, all with young children. Hope it will all be ok with that amount of kids around.
