I have the PLANS for my new house!!!!

I have a dining room and utility room!! I have the biggest garden of all the 4 beds and its end of terrace, we have two allocated parking spaces to the side of the house. The living room is 10ft7 x 16ft11. Kitchen/dining room is 15ft 4ins x 17ft5. downstairs toliet is 5ft x 4 ft8. Bathroom 6ft7 x 6ft3. Bedroom 1 is 12 x13ft10. Bedroom 2 12ft x9ft7. Bedroom 3 10ftx 7ft. Bedroom 4 10ft x 7ft9.
There will be no houses overlooking us because Ocado is behind us.
The lady I spoke to said the houses should be ready by the end of october.

I met the younger kids, all babies in buggies. But the mums seemed ok, though I think they could be the loud types, The younger mum 2 doors up seems nice, though I am sure I know her from somewhere.

that sounds great - you will be in there before you know it... know the neighbours are being terrible... keep focusing on sparkly puple bathroom floor.......
