what a lovely combination sparkles ! i hate being sick ,this is why i dont drink too much.I always think i am gonna choke and die.well my damn lights dont work so i will have to get some more tomorrow.dont know what im gonna do without woolies there !

oh i know its not sparkles [ hopefully] but i was just sympathising with being sick.I hate it.ah i can hear the car ao dh must be home now,only for him to go out again tonight with his mates.But i like my free time so i dont mind one little bit.

lazy dh has just phoned me from outside the house to see if i want fish and chips for dinner ! still it is pouring with rain and its great cause now i dont have to cook !!

good morning all ,we have had massive downpours through the the night and still continuing now ,we have had so much rain dh has just gone out to empty the pond again or it will overflow.Yes talcy you were right .we have to go out soon and buy new lights as one set dosent work.We have two birthdays this week and ever since ds has been born they have always been done,now we have gs,s birthday too the day before ds so we just have to do it ![ im a sucker for xmas ]

Just back in from a wet windy walk on the beach with family. My thighs are still tingly from the chill wind and rain blast. I love the winter. Nice to be back in all warm and toasty - off to snuggle up with dcs on the sofa. DH making homemade bread (breadmaker bread is the best). Domestic bliss on a Sunday afternoon for once.

I haven't had a drink for over a week either. Cutting back. Had very bad migrains this week, wasn;t sure if it was because of low alcohol content in my body! Over it now though.

strangely W i too have had a migraine for the last two days.Bit better today but it is still in the background.I love being all cosy indoors when it is really bad weather outside.I actually like freak weather ,but of course i dont wish all the floods etc on people.

I need to buy decorations. I cannot remeber what tree I had last year??? Was is real ? fake? DS said it was small and fat.

Year before was HUMUNGOUS and right in front of the window but it was very nice, large but nice, It needed more lights and tinsel etc.

Still not certain on colours.

My friend is doing black/silver.

Bit gaudy? Perhaps not.

Is that a word ?

i think by now we can all work out what you mean shivvering Not sure if i would fancy black and silver ,but i expect it could look very nice together.I do try and keep my tree to certain colours ,but i never do entirely because i have little things i have to add on which are different colours altogether,but the base colours are purple tinsel ,balls etc.But always a bit of red creeps in as i just have to use them.
