Following on from the thread that started about shoes and escalated to nearly 500 posts and a boden coat Trinty has emailed me back and we have finalised the list of things needed, if people have these things/have sent them could you post on here so I can amend the list and ensure Trinity doesnt get 345 sippy cups but no tights for dd2

If anyone would like to donate funds (we have enough to get Trinity her new coat and a little bit spare) the paypal address is [email protected] and anything we collect now will be sent to Trinity as Asda vouchers to help with Christmas food/bits shop (I asked Trinity how she would prefer the funds spent and this was one of the ideas and she would really appreciate this)

Trinity I just wanted to offer my support as well. Do not pay any attention to the small minded, hard hearted posters on here. The support far outstrips anything else. You have gone through hell and back and have done it with dignity and grace. You don't know me, but I have followed your story for quite some time, I contributed to the original collection and you and your children have been in my prayers. You have a huge amount of love and support on here as I think you are already aware. Do not let anyone make you feel guilty for reaching out for help. That's what MN is here for.

There has been plenty of threads that has made me go . I've ignored them because I don't want to hurt anyones feelings. Why would someone post negative comments on here? I'm a grown woman who can decide whether to post some stuff to somebody in need or not. I don't need someone (or 2) telling me anything. I don't 'know' TR, I remember her posting about her depression as well as funny posts, and the shock at her dreadful loss. I couldn't contribute to the last collection so I am happy to help a tiny bit now.

Trinity - is gecko a tiny dot (my DD is 3 in March and IIRC they are close in age) or more average? Ie would you prefer 3-4 stuff for her or will she get plenty of wear from 2-3 stuff?

And would you like a coat for her?

Aaargh!!Haven;'t been on for days and hadn't realised just how organised it had all got! I've just posted off a cheque to Trinity! Hope that's OK.

Trinity - finally got round to looking out shoes for DD1 - have pair of pink heart wellies size 13 and clarks trainers 13 too - she can grow into them all too quickly! Got a warm fleece coat for gecko and some pjs, a coat for DD2 and I think a pink zippy cardy. Do these things sound OK?

DD has some bits that are sizes 5-6 that she has outgrown. we have no one to pass them on to so if they are of any use at all i would be happy to pass then on.
there are also a couple of coats you could have.

Trin, please ignore the 'odd' poster who has to be negative and remember that you didn't ask for anything, it was nagged and offered to you. I only have boys, and my youngest ruin their clothes so have nothing to pass over, but want to help in my own way. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Trinity, am going to post your things tomorrow. Have jeans, two tops, two long smokcy top type things and two going out dresses for you. Also have 3 maternity trousers, loads of maternity tops and a maternity dress for Dss's gf. Got loads of DD's stuff in a bag upstairs for their baby (girly and neutral) if you need it.
I know we have never spoken, but I ahve heard about what's happened to you and I would love to help in any way I can. I sincerely wish you and your family the happiest of New Years and Christmas's.
