Have now read other post, excellent way of making a bob or two IMO. Anyway, back to this one. OH says that if we were put in the 'indecent proposal' situation, it would be my call, but strongly suspect he's just saying that as it is very unlikely to happen.

yes. if the choice was my kids starve to death or i go on game (how likely??!!!!) then i can say with 100% certainty that I would. In such a highly unlikely scenario, there is nothing i wouldnt do, including selling myself/bank robbery/contract killings!!
but in reality, its never going to come down to that choice, so phew!

No, I couldn't do it. I've been extremely broke in my life and I still didn't consider it. I did consider marrying for cash (to someone who wanted a passport) when I was in my twenties but couldn't do that either in the end. I took several jobs instead. Haven't read the thread though, will do later.
