Sorry TR, i was around but not online. Hope your appt went ok. Sometimes it's easier to carry on being "normal" if you have to do things for the DCs.
When all the crisps have gone, don't buy anymore, that way you can't binge on them and feel worse x

I think there should be a mental health topic and one for feeling depressed.

How are you all doing?

I am pretty good today. Have lots to do which helps. Also realising how much time wasted when I was messed up emotionally. I get so much more done now.

good news about DD1 TR

no not eating much(anorexic) showering yes because i have to so i am not an embarrassment to DH when his clients come round. Took meds last night but havn;tfor a few days, they arent making a blind bit of difference(started a thread in MH), i still want to hack at myself, still feel like curling up in a hole and never coming out, still want to watch the world go on around me.

going out tonight as normal but only to be RL support for a friend, otherwise would be hiding at home like i have all week not even done theschool runs, DH has been.

(sorry about typing, got the laptop working)

Oh well had a complete breakdown last night - put a thread in mh. Don't feel any better this morning either - got a headache and still want to leave. He wouldn't get up at 8.20 to put milk on ds's cereal and I had baby asleep on me - if he can't support me then I am sure I will be better off on my own. We have never gone to sleep not speaking or carried it over to the next day and I really can't deal with it.
how is everyone else this morning.

TR - massive thank you from me re your laundrette thread you inspiration you!

2 full ikea bags washed ironed and folded (paired socks - deep joy) £19 and a massive weight off my shoulders - might even find the bottom of the laundry basket.

Seriously - your thread inspired me to do a few things and I am soo much more positve - thank you .
