if i jog 30 mins a day, how much weight will i lose a week?

1 kg? sorry about stupid question, but still have all the pregancy fat...also don't want to diet, so will carry on eating what i want, reasonably healthy with treats!

You need to vary your running and you need a rest day. When you can do 30 mins you need to increase this really as you need at least 30 mins of aerobic exercise to get into fat burning mode.

Vary your runs between slow jogs and sometimes do bursts of fast sprinting.

You could swim on the days you don't run?
Less impace on joints etc but still good for toning?

Agree with Orm and DrN. If you want to lose weight you need to run/exercise for longer - although don't let that put you off starting. If you can run for 30 minutes a few times a week you are doing yourself a huge amount of good. And TBH fitness and weightloss are really two different (although obviously intertwined) goals. You can be thin as a rake but unable to sustain more than a five minute jog and you can be (like my dh) a stone overweight but still do a 3 hr 40 marathon.
