I have seen a few woman walking around with very long hair (obviously uncut), and they usually have a small headscarf on thats more like a headband with a piece of fabric on it. And they are always in skirts/dresses. If they have any female children with them, they are also have long hair etc.
I am totally nosy but I was wondering if this was a denomination of a religion? Or a certain lifestyle choice?
