A spud gum is really messy and annoying - but probably not PC or socially acceptable any more. What about a water pistol - probably not pc or socially acceptable any more either. A tambourine?

Floam. Oh yes indeedy. It's not noisy though. That always scores points in a hideous toy. But it makes up for that in mess and pointless mess at that.

My mum (ever the doting grandma) bought some - thankfully to use at her house.

Now, she'll put up with nearly anything if it makes dc happy, but it was so bad she took it back to the shop and complained. At least it didn't end up here
