'A woman from Nottingham'. Oh yeah, I know her, she's well! No age, name, ethnicity, hair colour, when you met her, details about her job or family.....
And people have made the obvious suggestion of using social media, given that making connections with people is pretty much the point of sites like Facebook, but you've said no to that. No-one is ever going to be able to help you find 'a female'.

Come on OP. You must realise this is like a needle in a haystack! You need to get on Facebook or social media, then you'd be likely to track her down in no time. It's no good saying you don't do social media, you need to start if you wish to find old friends and colleagues.
