Business Name for a Kids Cookery School?

Okay so this is driving me bonkers.....

I am starting Kids Cookery Class business that I will evolve into a social enterprise but I am SO stuck on a name!

I've tried a heap of online name generators and they're all a bit rubbish! I even paid someone on Fiverr to help me come up with a name!

Problem is, I've now thought TOO much about it and I'm probably overthinking it, but I wanted something to sums up, Kids, cooking, learning, growing and fun and I'm just going round in circles!

Sounds easy but it's really not! some good names I like are already taken Anyway I have the following. Just seeking a bit of a steer on it ... Wondering what you think of these and/or you have any other suggestions please.

Cooklings
Cook Bright Kids
Cook Explorers
Foodoodles
Gourmet Giggles

Thanks in advance :-)

P.S, If I don't respond fairly quickly to any of your messages, it's not because I'm being rude. It's because I've got a hectic weekend ahead of me but I will respond as soon as I can :-)

Little Foodies
Cook O'clock
Mini Chefs

Would anything like that work?

I would to with a name that's easy to remember, spell and pronounce. Those are key really. Then check what domains are available.

I did this as a business for a short time and called mine 'Cook Club'

MolkosTeenageAngst · 06/10/2023 20:05

Definitely not cooklings. Foodoodlee is also a bit naff. Your name should relate to the product if it can.

Cook Bright Kids is my favourite of your list seconded by Cook Explorers. Gourmet Giggles is ok but sounds more like a Prosecco and nibbles women’s club than something for kids!

My kids joined one in lockdown via zoom. Loved it and would do the same again if the opportunity arose. The name was shocking though, bugger all to do with cooking.

Sorry. No ideas but hate Foodoodles 😣

I often think simple is best, especially as you want people to be able to find you when searching online. So would go with Town / City name and what you do.

So for example

London Children's Cooking Class

It's not a pun or a catchy name, but it makes you easy to find.

ThreeLeggedPug · 06/10/2023 20:13

Junior chefs

Lea1437 · 06/10/2023 20:14

Whisk kids?
Might imply baking more than cooking though I suppose 🤷‍♀️

ThreeLeggedPug · 06/10/2023 20:15

Young chefs

I agree with PP, the business name should include your town name and be simple and descriptive.
Cook Bright Kids is terrible, it sounds like an instruction!

I agree with this too. Easy to find and also gives an air of authority and having been around a while, like you are ‘the’ business doing this in the area. I also quite like Cooklings!

Smart Cookies

Little Kitchen

or something with your name e.g. Jen's Cooking School.

I agree with a PP though put your location name e.g. "Smart Cookies Lincoln" in the business name, you don't have to use it on the logo if you don't want to.
