Have got a bit of a mental block about this!

Must not be spooky, a PG or below - things which have gone down well with DS lately have been a bit old-school - Home Alone films (and I can heartily recommend number 2 in the series, three is dreadful) and Honey I Shrunk the Kids.

oh yes Night at the Museum goes down well

"give me gum-gum, dumb-dumb" ... geeeeenious ... many an infantile snort (and that's from DH and I)

Iris100 · 26/02/2008 13:44

Is that the one with Rowan Atkinson?

Agree about Spirited Away being scary Sakura - dd (5) won't watch it.

Yes, and John Malkovich, and Ben Miller...it's extremely entertaining
You do see (presumably a stunt rear) Oliver Ford Davies' bare behind at one point
And, to further out myself as a not very reliable recommender of films, my two were nearly hospitalised after Mr Bean's Holiday, they laughed so much.
Now, there's a thought - a double bill of Jacques Tati and Rowan Atkinson

Love Night at the Museum Twiglett but have seen it a few times...

Space Jam sounds appalling though.

DS is interested in Mr Bean but I don't want to encourage it....

He does deeply love any slapstick though.

Busy Bodies and The Music Box - two of their finest

cariboo · 26/02/2008 13:53

The Lion, Witch & Wardrobe, Narnia thingy?

Iris100 · 26/02/2008 13:57

Don't laugh at me, cos I'm a fool Marina

Actually I saw a clip of some mothers do ave em on the TV the other night and thought DS would just LOVE that, especially the roller skating under a bus episode.
