Just intrigued to know as I’m 26 and feel like when reading threads and comments I may be a younger user?

33, been on here since I was pregnant with DS who is now 8.

Snap!

I've been on and off and had a few name changes because I like to spice it up.

First thread I joined was the support one for my month I was due to give birth to DS.

Been around for about 12 years on and off. It’s changed a lot in that time.

I know people always say that, but it really has. Would be so fun to sit with an old timer and reminisce, I was always a lurky coward then tho haha.

Anotheanon · 21/01/2023 21:46

I’m 52 and have been around here for 18 years.

AgathaX · 21/01/2023 21:48

Mid 50s. Been using this site around 20 years I reckon. Others are right, it has changed so much.

Berlinlover · 21/01/2023 21:49

I’m 46 and don’t have kids. About two years ago I googled Fibroids and ended up here.

Interesting! How do you feel parenting has changed from back in the day to nowadays?

MadameDefargeinme · 21/01/2023 22:01

Definitely think that parents are probably more engaged with their children ie more interest with their milestones etc but the downside is that parents are more anxious, competitive etc .

mrsfollowill · 21/01/2023 22:59

I'm early 50's- joined when 4 yr old DS got chicken pox and wanted advice on what to do for him! - he is 21 this year so I've been hanging around for a few years. I only lurked for the first 10 years or so and don't post that much but read a lot!

I was also thinking the other day that the average mums better age is getting older. The mumsnet generation has all growed up…
