Age groups on mums net?

Just intrigued to know as I’m 26 and feel like when reading threads and comments I may be a younger user?

Haha! Tbh I’m a little old before my time. I also have a baby which is when I started using mums net. I feel like there is always someone feeling how you are feeling or in a position you are in! It’s nice to read and share experiences isn’t it

I'm 41 and I feel old. I had very overprotective parents and I'm OTT more than I'd like with my own DC and cant help it; but so many people on here seem to wrap their kids up cotton wool, I have never met people like this in RL

  1. I've been here for 18 years since my middle dc was newborn. I get the sense there's a range of people here. Lots of younger adults starting out with their families, and lots of middlies with teens like me, also an increasing number of older people with adult children or gc. I like the diversity, in my real life my friends are from 30 to 65. I would like to have more younger friends as we can learn a lot from different generations

I feel like there are a lot fewer threads I see about baby and kid stuff than there used to be. I think I joined in 2003, the first thread I remember was an argument about piercing babies ears Grin haven't seen that one for a long time haha (41)

Joined at 17 (and pregnant) and now 38, though never been a prolific poster by any means.
I think there's a very wide age range here.
