I like Facebook, I use Facebook, it can be useful but it does irritate me sometimes. I've unfollowed quite a few people. Not because they're awful or anything but the stuff they put on can be annoying.

So what's the most iritating thing about Facebook for you?

One thing that makes me roll my eyes is the very staged, perfect photos of younger children who are being made to pose for something or other. I only occasionally post photos of my toddler but if I do, he certainly doesn't look perfect. More like, a dishevelled and unruly little pickle. Haha! Grin

I have one Facebook 'friend' (old school friend) who is anti vaccine, anti face masks, anti social distancing, anti government, anti everything covid related. Of course it's fine that she has her own opinions and she can freely share them on Facebook. However, last week her rant was over the vaccine for children and that it would be child abuse to let them have it, you don't deserve children if you do, and if you do and she won't remain friends with you. It was all a bit much.
I've got about 280 Facebook friends and she's the only one who's done the anti protesting on there so that's probably not too bad.

When the 'challenges' go around and people start their post with 'Thank you [friend's name] for the nomination', like they're at the Academy Awards or something.

I love many things about face book and did scroll on a lot. I'm quite selective about the groups I'm on so do generally enjoy it.
However current things that make me think ffs are
My friends daughter is pregnant so we are getting regular selfie if her in her undies showing how ' nicely baby bump is coming along'

Some people post ridiculous memes asking questions like "hands up how many women don't rely on a man's wage I'll wait" I keep tryping ' wait for what , you idiot ' ( I know one cares what I think but do it anyway)

I have a lovely friend who walks many miles a day after a health scare. She walks in local woods and along the canal path. I kid you not every single day there are 66 plus photos of the walk.( personal best was 170 photos in a walkbthat would have / should have taken less than 2 hours. Every single day, sometimes twice a day photos of a random cow or a street sign or maybe a kerb. I really have to scroll on from that one.
