bulling at work..... help

totally p**ed off work in a large call center and have become quite close to a girl in work over the years but problem being im starting to feel lke she bullies me , seems silly like i'm a silly school kid, but she pushes me round ie kicks off if i wont get her coffee's ( when im not even going for my own,) pulls my hair and acts like its a joke, i laugh with her but i'm really starting to feel down, i'm a 25year old woman for goodness sake why am i letting her make me feel so inadiquate, sorry just need advice on how to deal with this ...

I think I would shame her into stopping. Just quietly let her know that you do not enjoy her jokes and feel the way she treats you is not particularly friendly. She will get the hump I'm sure, but for a while make sure there are other people around when she is about, prime them to change the subject if she starts on you.

I once spent a holiday with a group including a really nasty spiteful woman who bullied the two men in a dreadful way. She was s ort of friend to the other woman. I hadn't met her before. One day her attention turned to me, and I waited unbtil there was nobody else to hear us and I just told her that I was not scared of her and she was wasting her time completely if she thought she could push me around. From then on- sweetness and light to me when other people were around.
Don't let this woman get to you. You don't have to put up with it to get on with her, she isn't worth it.

just thinking here when it started, couple of years ago , i snogged a guy at work geoff and think she may have liked him although i didnt know at the time... this thread is making me sound like a child isnt it just getting me down

Get a little frosty with her - ease yourself away from her. She sounds insecure. You don't need this at 25 years, this sort of behaviour is for playgrounds.

so basically she is jelous of you for snogging the guy at work, and this is probley why all of this is happenning.i gather this guy at work is a bit of a dish and because he fancied you and not her she has the hump so has to put you down to make herself feel better. pathetic i dont know some people what gives them the right to make others feel like this some people can be so twisted.x

hes ok think she does like him though she always has him at her desk for little chats,saying that.. there are a few men in here who sit on her desk for little chats iykwim... god im turning into the bitch now!
