Just looked at some of the stuff on here and it looks lovely and good prices - but I can't see any online reviews. Has anyone used this company in the past and if so were the clothes any good and the delivery etc. Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone! Well all my 3 items have now been posted! It’s taken a week to have the confirmation so I think it’s fair to say it’s not going to be a quick delivery! But I don’t mind as there clothes are gorgeous and great value! I’ll post pics of my items and the quality/ sizing ect in the next 2 weeks I hope

I assume that everyone who has ordered is aware that this is another Chinese clothing company, possibly "borrowing" photos for display purposes etc? They do not provide an address for returns (in China?), which you would be responsible for paying if you needed to send something back. There are no phone numbers, just an email address. There is only 1 director linked, and he is based in China. The company has not been incorporated long enough to require accounts to be filed. The holding company that this is all linked to (ChicV) has a lot of warnings against it online. Buyer beware.

Just seen the last post and thought this thread would be interesting as it discusses Chinese clothing companies that advertise on Facebook and rip off lots of people (me included )

I've been drooling over some of the Roselinlin adverts here on MN, but it's the sale old story - website / information not compliant with EU regs on distance selling, cropped heads of models, suspiciously cheap prices.

I realised it was a dodgy site after I'd ordered (normally on the ball, but I blame the heat..) I cancelled the payment - bit of a faff with the bank, and had to get a new card, but was done.
Also emailed the address given to receive standard replies which clearly showed this isn't a legitimate site.
They emailed me three days after I had cancelled the payment to say they will refund but it may take several weeks - I responded again to say the payment is cancelled anyway, and another standard, poorly worded email about refunding came back.
On all of their adverts on FB, I've been warning people, as this kind of thing makes me furious. So many about now and obviously people are going to fall for it.

It's a shame that Facebook allow these dodgy adverts.

YES YES YES!! I can confirm I received my items today I’m extremely happy !! Nice quality. Took a couple of weeks to arrive! Always check sizing if you looking at plus sizes check as differer to the non plus sizes! I’m gonna go order some more now

Great news Emkaytinker - when you're saying about the sizes if say you were a 14 would you choose a 16 or 18 instead? Thanks.

Hi I’d check the actually sizing chart as they can vary so just to be sure always look at the sizing charts it tells you what size you would be if your uk x

From a related company ROSEMELLE. Look at their items. Look great online. Ordered. Then saw company dodgy Chinese so immediately cancelled. Awaiting refund via PayPal one month later. IF THEY LOOK YOO GOOD TO BE TRUE DO NOT BUY! Xx

Having a closer look into this company, its actually a trading name of chicv uk ltd, hasn't long been trading. Look at reviews on chicv uk, doesn't look very good. Cheap clothing from China by the looks of things

I had an awful experience with them. I ordered two shirts and they both had tears in the bottom like someone slashed them with a cutter.
I contacted them and they want me to return them WITHOUT COVERING RETURN COSTS in order to get the refund.
Awful, awful, awful, awful, awful....

Some mixed reviews here... the clothes are gorgeous - in the photos. 🥴

DON’T BE TEMPTED BY THE GORGEOUS PICTURES!!!! The clothes don’t resemble the photos in any way - sizes are all wrong and fabrics and styles are dreadful. Ordered 3 items - one still hasn’t arrived, one in the wrong colour and all truly horrible. To return I have to pay postage and custom to China. DON’t BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Can I ask if anyone know of genuine sellers that sell this style of clothing. I often see pop ups for lovely dresses and tops, but never see anything like it in shops, or in regular online stores.

Just found this uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.yoursclothing.co.uk. some good some bad. When you look at the sizing though very bizarre. The bust size in comparison to the shoulder and length make no sense. On the website I can't find anything about deliver or returns policy. Hope the reviews help. J
