I just stumbled across it totally by accident.I am totally addicted now and don't know how i survived without it!

I googled Prof Roy Meadow and someone had posted an article about him being discredited and here I am

Was worried that my 9-mo old wasn't getting enough to eat, so googled something along those lines. Found American forums, but they either didn't post much or were to Stepford wifey or too bland. Found a thread on MN and could tell right away that the site was better and more interesting than anything else I found. I figured nobody would want me around since I was in US, but wanted to be on this site anyway, and so far I was wrong about that.

stumbled across it on the internet looking for information about c-sections. Definitely addicted now, wish I had found it during pregnancy.

I found it by chance. Was looking for info on nursery grant in google and one of these threads came up.

Jasper told me about it. I was really impressed by the level of breastfeeding support she got. I got addicted though

I was looking for a Wheetabix recipe!!!

Heard about it on Women's Hour, saw the book in Border's and bought it. When I finished the book I had withdrawal symptoms so I came here and never left.

I was on ivillage when I was pg before, and left in a huff when several people made assumptions about my relationship cos DP is not a DH!

Kate, what do you mean "It's all soupdragon's fault" ? Surely you mean "it's all thanks to the wonderful Soupdragon..."

I looked at it to review it for our NCT magazine a couple of years back and stayed.
