I am apparently a successful artist living in Australia (!)

Quite strange seeing someone else with your full name, particularly as mine is quite unusual. Mega spooky when there is a photo.

While my Google was very dull, in contrast dh is a teacher, a professor, a missionary, a scientist, a banker, a priest in the Matomite church, a techie and a wizard. And that's just the first two pages!

bran · 30/08/2004 12:49

Oops forgot, he's also a doctor, a govt. offical and an estate agent.

alexsmum · 30/08/2004 13:13

yeah i don't exist (sniff,sniff)

suzywong · 30/08/2004 13:22

Lavender! Is that something you could capitalise on in RL?

I appear to have a very old fashioned (maiden) name and was getting quite a lot of namechecks in the middle of the 19th century.

Funny 'cos when I was working I asked DH to set me up a website, must have perished under the weight of cobwebs since I was working.

prettycandles · 30/08/2004 15:36

When I tried this at work a few years ago, I discovered that I'm a character in a pron series .

prettycandles · 30/08/2004 15:37

Erm not a 'pron' series, that's a typo - but I won't embarass myself further by trying to spell it correctly, I think you know what I meant to type!

Using my full name I am an eating establishment in Stockport and in my preferred name I lecture the Sociology in Essex.

Frankly the eating establishment doesn't surprise me at all - but wouldn't it be ace to have a place where you can ask your chef to cook you something personal?! meals are on me! if only . . .

codswallop · 30/08/2004 21:26

SoupDragon · 30/08/2004 21:37
