fwiw I always introduce myself as Olivia. However, I have over the years been called: Olly, Livs, Libby, Oliv (first two syllables, not Olive) and O.

My granddaughter is Olivia and we call her Livvy or Liv Lu and sometimes Olive she always refers to herself as Livia
