In my (admittedly limited vast) experience , shennanigans of that type result in trousers round the ankles, or at least knees - not improbably suspended below the backside So is she holding them up for him Or what?

I think we should be told. And have the scene covered by a 'red button' 'Making of ITNM' episode at the end to show the mechanics. In detail. Or they should have one of those 'If you have been affected by these issues' announcements at the end to explain the trouser levitation.
