Found out today the year 3 teacher is going on maternity leave so ds2 will have a new teacher - as in New to the school
This could be bad, right?
They got it sooooo wrong a couple of years ago and appointed a year 2 teacher who made the poor kids miserable (didn't keep her on thank god)
I'm binge watching stuff on my new now tv box :)
Ordered the boys their summer stuff today - £150 later......

I think she's going to set Porthos on them if they don't hurry up & make a decision.

Could be bad badders. Could just as well be good. Our current y6 teacher is new to the school & has brought fresh ideas & knowledge gained from elsewhere. Sure, a new teacher has to face a learning curve, but they're usually enthused about their new role. And I'd rather have an enthusiastic teacher than one going through the motions.

Well if the current teacher is not that great, then the chances are that the new one will be better I'd have thought? There are more good teachers than bad ones out there after all. Re DS2's fave teacher leaving, time to plaster on the happy face , the more worried you are, the more upset he'll be. Shoulders back, tits out & smile . Not too hard though or you'll look like a loon (As if you could ever look like that). Just imagine - the replacement could be an hbf!!!!
