omg, we're going to be offered a house!!

just phoned the council to see about medical points, but they arent on there yet. but the lady looked at the notes and we are due to be offered a house which will become empty in the next few weeks. 3 bed, with garden. I'm just trying to find out what the area is like tho. feeling a bit shocked tbh, only put in for a transfer about 5weeks ago.

Oh no Misdee, well like you said you will have good reason to turn it down if you decide it's no good. Also when you get your medical points you should be offered something more suitable.

BB - So sorry, i didn't realise you were renting privatly. On that available homes site though, they also show property thats available with councils and h/a's. Only thing is though, that you may have to move away to find what you need.
