zephyrcat · 26/11/2006 21:10

It's in the phone book.... there is a single number that you can ring and they will put you straight through to the local one that you need...

Fattymumma · 26/11/2006 21:11

look for your local police force on the net and tehy shoudl have a number

CountTo10LordsaLeaping · 26/11/2006 21:12

radley have just read the other thread and if he really is that unhinged and poses a real threat then bugger the normal line and just phone 999 if you feel he#s going to try and pysically force his way in etc - you've got your own kids to think of as well as your friend etc. Hope you're all ok.

fireflyxmasfairylights2 · 26/11/2006 21:13

Hope you're ok, haven't read the other thread, but look after yourself xx

MerlinsBeard · 26/11/2006 21:23

if you need them to come urgently(read ur otehr thread) call 999 and explain the sitaution.

morningpaper · 26/11/2006 21:26

RING 999

you will spend FOREVER trying to get through to a local station

They won't mind, really, it is THEIR JOB to protect you

They only get annoyed if you ring 999 to ask about how to cook your christmas turkey etc.

Please just ring 999

MerlinsBeard · 26/11/2006 21:27

Also, it being sunday and out of hours so to speak there may be no one tehre to take your call (as is the ase at our local station) please ring 999

Fattymumma · 26/11/2006 21:32

having read the other thread i agree that you shoudl call 999.

Are you ok. i realise its been a while since your post and you said he was on his way.

PLease do not open the door, make sure all wondows are locked and take all teh kids upstairs and put a tv on or something so they dont hear any shouting.

then call the police and tell them you need someone ASAP as a man who recently assaulted your friend is on his way to the house.
then hang up.

i was told by a policeman thatthe less info you give the better as as soon as you say theres a possibility of violance your put up the list, if you then get cut off you will be marked as priority.

please let us know whats happening as im really worried now

CountTo10LordsaLeaping · 26/11/2006 21:45

Radley?

Fattymumma · 26/11/2006 21:48

Alibaldi · 26/11/2006 22:03

Ring 999 at this time of night unless you have a major police station in your vicinty they'll be closed. My parents have had incidents of frightening vandalism and have now been told to ring 999. Sorry haven't read other post, but can see that it's a scary situation. Don't hesitate.

lulumama · 26/11/2006 22:16

He turned up whilst on the phone to my mate explaining that there may be police about. Whilst on the phone I heard smashing in the kitchen and he tried to break in, I hung up and called 999, they were FABULOUS, 2 cars here within seconds.

Upon insepction,he has left a MASSIVE indentation on the back door trying to get in and has left blood splatters on the back window, back door and living room door.

At the minute my mate and i are drinking cider, quite chilled and drinking cider, the Police have got a helicopter out and are watching her house.

Does anyone know who i go about charging him with criminal damage?
