Like taking the oven shelf out of the top oven to use in the bottom (bigger) oven so you can fit 3 trays in rather than just 2.

10 years we've had that oven, juggling baking trays at Christmas and for kid's beige food and chips tea, in fact most days. Especially as top oven doesn't work v well.

Revelation this Sunday..

Cooking perfect non-dry chicken breasts. You need a pan with a lid.
Flatten chicken breasts slightly. Heat a smidge of oil in a pan. Add chicken breasts and fry for 1 minute, then turn over. Put lid on pan and fry for exactly 10 minutes. Then take off the heat STILL WITH LID ON DO NOT PEEK and leave for 10 minutes. At no point remove the lid to look.

Perfectly cooked, not dry and ready to use in wraps, sandwiches, salads etc.

I am loving this thread, just done the folding t shirts vertically in the drawers for the first. "Life changing" is all I can say

I no longer throw out sweaters which have been splashed with bleach - sewing buttons over small marks makes them look quite fashionable (or use scraps of old tee-shirts to make sew-on butterflies, etc).

Fab idea re hair removal cream down the plug hole.......life changing!!!
