Now time for some food and then I'll just be lazy Easter Grin The bad thing is that I don't have any wine at home Easter Confused I'll just have to find the vodka and rum I bought in 2006 and stashed away somewhere Easter Hmm

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 03/04/2015 16:04

Oh well... Porthos duelling Red Guard with fork. (I admit, I have some scale issues...)

Helen the Lego Musketeer adventures are excellent but please don't let the BBC see them. The cast could find themselves out of work before filming even commences for S3!

Elk sending you Athos to warm you up. Please remove BabyElk from under your top and replace her with said Musketeer as soon as he gets there.

FancyFancy · 03/04/2015 16:16

helen those lego adventures are wonderful!

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 03/04/2015 16:23

Oh - Badders/Norah any other GofT folk - there's a new chapter for the forthcoming book been released.

I'm not going to see the first ep. live (Boo) since I'll be busy travelling back from work thingy until about 11pm.

Elk Suggest sticking BabyElk in the nursery and snuggling up on the chaise if Athos doesn't turn up shortly - the fire is lit and its nice and warm. (Have a Fuzzy Tom while you're at it)

BloodyElkFire · 03/04/2015 16:30

Ooh ta!

WE HAVING HEATING!!! Of both the central and the Muskie variety

No Athos!, you can stay where you are....

BloodyElkFire · 03/04/2015 16:31

Love the Lego scenes Helen Easter Grin

WickedWenchOfTheNorth · 03/04/2015 16:32

Helen those lego scenes are more saucy than anything we've seen so far in S2 Easter Grin

MadamedeChevreuse · 03/04/2015 16:37

Loving your lego casting Helen. Superman as Red Guard, Wonderwoman as Milady...inspired!!!!

FancyFancy · 03/04/2015 16:40

So true ww....

Yay for elk's heating being fixed

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 03/04/2015 16:40

Hmmm. Think the Red Guard is a mash-up of a knight, NightWing's hair and superman's cape Grin He would have had WonderWoman's hair for greater accuracy (length), but the tiara doesn't come off. 'Porthos fights particularly camp red guard with garden fork' Hmm Nah.

ApricotCrush · 03/04/2015 16:41

Happy Easter everyone!

I've just had a battle with the BHS website. Their towels are (up to) 30% off and 2 for 1, but would they give me both on a multiple order? Well you can guess. So I've had to put three orders in, but have had £102 worth of towels for £42, so it was worth the effort. Smile

Grin at Chaise and the dead spider.

Have a good holiday Lyndie.

Can he breathe in there Helen? We need him for series 3. Grin

ApricotCrush · 03/04/2015 16:42

Enormouse · 03/04/2015 17:04

Loving the Lego adventures

MadamedeChevreuse · 03/04/2015 17:16

How many towels have you just ordered then apes? Easter Grin

Helen the lego actor playing Porthos is particularly convincing imo.

Lyndie · 03/04/2015 17:26

Loving the Lego adventures Helen!!

Can you just jump in with GoT or does it require you to see previous series?

Baddz · 03/04/2015 17:54

Thanks helen
Lyndie...I read the books beige starting to watch the series.
I think you might struggle a big with the back story but each series can stand alone as they are just so good.
I think perhaps if you watch series 5 you will have want to watch the others :)
Dc at pils.
I am not doing any housework today. Just not in the mood.
Went to Sils and there are 3 possibles for borrowing a dress for a wedding we are going to :) marvellous. No need to go shopping.
No real plans for tomorrow either other than panic buy for Easter Sunday lunch which we are no having here!
couldn't do the screen caps Comtesse...Dh was sitting next to me.
But I can tell you he played a very naughty boy :)

ApricotCrush · 03/04/2015 18:20

Badders, have you watched all of Casanova? We've watched the first two and will watch the third this evening. It's a bit errr.. frantic isn't it? I'll see if I can sort some screencaps.

Madame, 2 bath towels, 6 hand towels and 2 face cloths. Easter Grin

Baddz · 03/04/2015 18:26

Apes...I saw it first time round :)
Yes it's very frantic...by Russell t Davis and I think it shows. Quite quirky in places.
AND I remember being quite drawn to a young Tom at the time too!!
I don't know what it is about him, but whatever he is in (and I think we can agree he chooses quite eclectic roles :)) he steels every scene (not easy when on screen with David tennant!)

Baddz · 03/04/2015 18:26

Steels?
Steals....

LaComtess · 03/04/2015 18:32

FancyFancy · 03/04/2015 18:43

Evening, just heading off to cook dinner, followed by an evening of playing Pointless - well what is there to do when there's no Musketeers to watch?

Anyone who points out that I could clean the house as the cats have started moulting and there's hair everywhere can FRO
