Oh no ! This is a big downer. But she obviously needs to be in the hospital for now, I am very sorry to see this and hope that everything will be back under control very soon. What a bastard illness this is. Thankyou greylady for letting Zombies Damnbuggerfuck team know. I will pm you for an address to send a card, that's very kind of you.She will be in my thoughts.

So disappointed for Zombie after such high hopes, but glad she is being looked after. Thanks for the update greylady, I'm not near Shrewsbury either but would appreciate your address to forward a card if it's not too much trouble.

Her next chemo was due tomorrow and that has been put on hold. She doesn't know for sure about the op yet but I think she will have another scan soon. This chemo seems to wipe her out. She has been in hospital after both of them. This time she waited longer than she should have done so the pneumonia got a hold and she also has some fluid round her heart.
She seems very very tired again I think because of the chemo.

This chemo really does seem to hit her like a train. Hope she can gets lots of sleep.

I was wondering earlier on today about how you are getting on and how your op is a mere 3 weeks away. I really hope it is not in jeopardy.

Update: temp misbehaving badly -38.5. Main other problem is fluid overload, not widespread pleural effusion. Pulmonary Hypertension. And so on and so forth. Not up to answering question.

I hadn't actually asked a question so she may have sent a single reply to a group of folk but she did ask me to keep you lot in the loop. I'll see her tomorrow.

thinking of you Zombie

Feeling very nervous for my brother today he is standing for local council.its what he has wanted to do for a long time. Not for me and we don't discuss much because we differ such a lot. But I'm hoping he gets what he wants, just because he is my brother.

I hope our cards will give Zombie a much needed lift. She has to get well for Her VIP visitor later in the year. Thinking of you Zombie x

3 cards have arrived here and two at the hospital and I took her screen shots of this thread which she enjoyed. I can't go back until Sunday so will update then. She says I can share her real name in pms so if anyone wants to post direct to the hospital just ask and I will give you her name :)
She seems a bit brighter today and her temp has stabilised. She is still on oxygen, iv antibx and regular pain killers so...better but a long way to go. She sends you all her love and thanks for all the strong vibes. I am sure she will join you in a large g&t asap :)
