It depends, I think. 'Rosheen' is one way, but you can have the emphasis on the 'Ro' or the 'sheen'.

I know a Roisin pronounced Roy-Shaun (as in the 2 masculine names, roy and shaun)

I thought it was Rosheen too. I knew a girl with this name and that's how she pronounced it.
