Well I am going against the grain here....as I have lots & lots of M & S & Clarks ankle boots PLUS ballet flats in a every colour under the sun. They ARE a useless shoe but a very handy useless in-between-season shoe nevertheless.

I've no objection to a ballet flat in principle sparks, I've just got stupidly bad circulation & when I see them in winter it makes me feel jealous that I'd get frostbite if I wore them. I get quite embarrassed when I see old ladies in sheer tights out in this weather & I'm in thick woolly socks, jeans and kickass boots. And my feet are still cold.

Yup leather, does that mean it's ok? They are just sooo comfy compared to all my other pairs with heels and stuff

I like celebrating NYE with friends having dinner and that's what I will be doing this year. When I was younger I usually go out to a club or something and it would always be disappointing, so I never doing that again

Last year a friend and I were at my place, cooking and watching DVD's, really realaxing

Regarding shoes I have mostly Ecco shoes, I need comfortable steady shoes, I had problem with a foot some years ago that was very painful so no cheap shoes for me. My winter shoes are Rieker, veeeery comfortable, had them for years [smile
