We are getting to the 1000 limit so I thought I would start a new happy thread!

hay everyone, have been away for a weekend at my mums.

julie - just had a look at ds b and b pics, they are really nice, hopefully the work will start coming in for him now.

DLM - glad u had a nice holiday, will look out for ds pics in tesco this month, have loads of big stores near me!

elles commercial was only on in norfolk and suffork areas, but have a copy of it on dvd and its really good, only a few seconds but a good close up of her.

nothing on the modelling front yet popped in to say hello. no news on the rightmove casting yet i dont hold much hope. had another star now thing come back where they want to use one of ds pictures for a holiday brochure which is good. I am still trying to find out which holiday brochure though before i send them teh consent form. I wouldn't want it to be an 18-30 or something! Plus as I work in travel and very nosey too!

WE have teachers training day today so have an extended day off. We are getting our pumpkins ready to cut them tonight. We have downloaded Dora and Yoda templates so will attempt to cut them like it - doubt it will work yet you never know!

We also have teachers traiing today so are going to the science museum as we thought it would be quiet as many schools had there teachers training the friday that DD finished.

ellesmum thanks for watching out for me, hope you had a great time at your mum's. i must admit i love going to stay with the in-laws cause it's the only time i really get a break!

off to adams casting and lunch with old colleagues today. wish us luck, ds is starting to cut all 4 middle teeth on top! poor boy. he's surprisingly cheerful though, fingers crossed he stays that way! x

lolly - she's going to be a late teether then! elle was teething almost from birth lol
hope she gets some work soon.

Lolly, wouldn't worry...DS didn't get his first teeth till 10.5months!!! He is still missing loads and he's 21months! Apparently if they are late teethers they are late falling out which is good in modelling terms as they will be one of the only ones left with teeth when everyone elses are falling out!! see a silver lining in eveything!!!

My ds 1 had teeth at 3 months, yet my ds 2 didnt get one until 13months! I have to say it was much easier with ds2, perhaps they can cope with the pain a bit better if they are older.

Its amazing isnt it how every baby is different! I'm sure they will come when they are ready. The thing is also that there is no sign of them either. She doesnt seem to have any coming which is what is worrying me!

Lolly, don't worry, I was convinced DS was teething from four months and they finally arrived at 14 months! He is quite late to lose them too, which is nice, the first baby tooth lost is really sad!!!

Still lots of everybody's LO's pics to watch out for. I saw the Secret life of Mrs Beeton and saw the boy having his nose wiped, but couldn't remember whose boy, sorry!!
dd2 went to m&s shoot earlier today, but she wasn't in the mood and another little girl took her place .. oh well.

yes, yackerty, dd1 was almost 1 till she got her first tooth and then she was one of the last in her class to lose her first tooth.

Thumbs - that's such a shame when that happens. Its like when I went to M&B casting for front covers and she would not go to the lady casting (she was a miserable that day) when she usually goes to anyone and they did not book her on that basis. As they say you can't ever determine the mood our LO's are going to be in.

Littlemadam - I may still have a long wait them for those toothy pegs to come through!! Think will put the bunting out when the 1st one comes.

On the subject of teeth....My DS got his first tooth at 11months. He was running all over without a single tooth in sight. Now he is 2 1/2 months off being 8yrs old and he still has ALL his baby teeth and we don't even have a wiggly one to brag about!

Thumbs.......sorry to hear about your dd2's M&S Shoot. Can't be helped.....at the end of the day they are just children.....who may or may not feel like co-operating on the day.

yeah, i understand she's just a kid, but i still feel terrible all the same. She had her hair done, etc, clothes, ran to the set, then after a few snaps, lost interest.
Still, i am going to cart her off to my mum's tomorrow dd1 goes back to school tomorrow too!

Ahh MIMI - I am sure they will use him! On wednesday nearly all the kids had pins holding the clothes together! How are his little teeth??
Lanis - I spotted DS on the website last year about a month before the catalogue came out so worth doing a search for what she was wearing!! How you feeling??

mimi - mackays said i should know either way by the end of this week, havent heard anything yet. im sure they will use ds pics, wether he's smiling or not, hes georgeous.

mrsratty - just had a look, lovely picture her hair looks really dark, so different to her junior pic, u must be very proud she is such a natural.

elles and mythumbs dds pics from m and s should be out on 9th or 10th of this month, could u all keep an eye out?
