CappuccinoTheHaikuPedant · 09/10/2006 12:25

I'm pretty sure it doesn't have any vital nutrients in it either

but it only takes two minutes.....

bluejelly · 09/10/2006 12:27

It's so quick and my dd loves it
And it's not nuggets
Think it's great

TwigTwoolett · 09/10/2006 12:28

No - My vote goes to "BOTTLED WATER" !!!

MamaGhoul · 09/10/2006 12:29

have i misunderstood?

Though we had to post what we think the biggest con is!!

Yes, filled pasta is pants

bluejelly · 09/10/2006 12:29

Agree they are a bit bland
Bearable with lots of cheese and pepper

JackieNoHeadJustABloodyStump · 09/10/2006 12:29

It always falls apart in the saucepan too, and you end up with yucky water, and a couple of bits of pasta filled with hot water.

BlueBeetle · 09/10/2006 12:31

Yeah But.....filled pasta not available in every home free froma tap !!

I deffo think bottled water is biggest con of my lifetime - specvially as half of it is just filled froma tap and sold as spring water !!

Did our parents drink bottled water ?

ginmummy · 09/10/2006 12:32

I like filled pasta and so does ds! They're nice with a little bit of olive oil and parmesan or mix a bit of ricotta or creme fresh in the pan (once you've drained the water away obviously!)

bluejelly · 09/10/2006 12:32

Bottled water is def pants

bluejelly · 09/10/2006 12:33

Also cellulite cream, anti wrinkle cream any kind of cream that claims to make you slimmer or younger

bluejelly · 09/10/2006 12:34

Also 'feminine' wipes

bluejelly · 09/10/2006 12:34

BlueBeetle · 09/10/2006 12:35

suejoneziscalmernow · 09/10/2006 12:36

groggymama · 09/10/2006 12:36

suejoneziscalmernow · 09/10/2006 12:37

expatinscotland · 09/10/2006 12:37

Fadgewash.

BlueBeetle · 09/10/2006 12:38

Oh avoid like plague - have NT membership and map instead !!!

foxinsocks · 09/10/2006 12:39

parking charges

(how they magically started increasing by around 20% per year ggrrr - I can still remember putting 10p in meters, now it's more likely to be a couple of quid an hour!)

NotQuiteCockney · 09/10/2006 12:39

Ok ... I'm going to ask. How is NT membership and a map a substitute for fadgewash?

NotQuiteCockney · 09/10/2006 12:39

The papercuts alone ...

lazycow · 09/10/2006 12:40

Deffo - ready made fresh filled pasta - After years of eating my mum's home-made ravioli I am spoiled for this and find all these so bland I never eat them.

If you want pasta - dried is fine for the pasta and sauce type stuff. But for filled ravioli/tortelli you need fresh home-made pasta and quality home-made fillings. Then they are the food of the gods - unfortunately they are so time consuming to make I rarely eat them now
