Good luck with finding sponsers, I imagine it will be really difficult as the money won't be going to charity it will be for the purposes of vanity. I think you would get a kinder response from companies and newspapers if you offer to donate at least half of the prize money to a charity if you win.

i have checked this out with my agency, and she said its on alba website and she had heard of it, she says that some of her girls have come from them

my dp is the director of a company so that would not be a problem, but that would be a good way to get the sponsorship! i imagine it would work out an expensive trip anyway,,,

it seems its like one of those pyramid schemes, everyone pay a certain amount and it all gos to one person. but it will never come to your turn...[cynical face]

shall been rather quite, really i know two other mums who are with kids who have babies in same age and they have been so quite too all three of them was so busy during the summer and now it is so quite, one mum was thinking of changing agencies but i think it must be an age thing!,

so they chose a winner who is closer as opposed to who they think is best?

sorry yes its first year for little ones the comp i think its been going years! no, she says two have been from near then, they watch the comp like other agencys and if some one on there is from near tham and like them they ask them to join there agency and i dont think its in same area every year
