Trouble is M2T, they aren't trying to resolve their troubles in private. Those photos are the result of deliberate photo opportunities laid on for the express benefit of the papers - they tell the paps/tabloid photographers where they are going to be and arrange it all.

Theer was talk of them going on telly and publicly denying the rumours - I laughed and said to DP - 'who the fuck do they think they are the prime minister or the royal family' and he said 'no honey they are more popular than the prime minister or the royal family!!' - point taken!!

I still don't think it's our right to demand an explanation. I'm sure that there must be a few photos in the papers of them that aren't the result of a set-up by them.

It is unfortunate that this sells papers.

aloha, i agree!! i hate the beckhams, the whole corporate image and normally would not give a shit about their lives! but somehow i am so compelled to get involved and write more crap about them!!

Many moons ago I was hounded by someone from The Sun as my ex was famous and it was horrendous, they took a snidey photo of me coming out of the pub with my flatmate hiding saying 'I've not washed my hair, they might be waiting'. Funny now but not at the time. I know the Beckhams encourage these things but I think they need to be left alone for to sort things out. Where's Elton when you need him, he has a spare house or 4 to lend.

Sorry but I disagree - they are selling a brand and I want to know if I am buying into what I think I am when I buy a pair of DB trousers from M&S - I want to know that my child is wearing a brand that does not stand for Dick Brain Beckham but for wonderful family man who's name means loyalty, sportsmanship and love and everything else they have bloody well been trying to peddle!!

I usually don't give more than a passing nod to celebrity gossip but did actually go out of my way to buy a NOTW on Sunday, and I haven't bought one of those in years.
Agree with those that say if he HADN'T done it, he would have said so by now.

Almost feel sorry for VB. Almost, but not quite.

DP went into the costcutter furthest from our house - he normally frequents the post office but siad the old lady behind the counter likes him and he thinks its because he buys good quality newspapers - no its probably cause he wanders around with his flies open most of the time!! - I'm just not telling him that!!

My dh gets our papers and was harrumphing about getting the NOTW so I said I would read it at his mums later. He then came back with it from the shops saying how disgraceful it was, 14 pages who's interested in that etc etc. Guess who was reading it for ages and then pretended he was looking for the footie supplement?
