www.facebook.com/pages/Sexy-Little-Girls/668294383191172
I've been asked to share and ask others to report the page and it really is awful. Facebook are refusing to take it down because it contains no nudity...what do we do?????

OP posts:
Crazedpinkstarfish · 23/02/2014 22:08

From what I have heard there is no way that all of these girls are over the age of 18 (the legal limit for pornography)

FiveExclamations · 23/02/2014 22:09

Also tweeted @EverydaySexism and @Womenactmedia as both have gone to war with Facebook over failure to delete sexist, denigrating content.

Koothrapanties · 23/02/2014 22:09

Mignonette - there is no way some of those girls are overage!!! One looks about 7!

urmydarlings · 23/02/2014 22:10

some of thrm look like 6.Sad Sad Sad

Mignonette · 23/02/2014 22:10

You are right there Crazed but some of the younger girls are in non sexualised poses which is a grey area other than the site they are on. It is an amateurish page - that is what my eye tells me.

ToddleWaddle · 23/02/2014 22:10

Reported as well. Horrible.

ExcuseTypos · 23/02/2014 22:11

Would it also be worth tweeting any advertisers on the page, telling them where their advert is?

I know this had a huge affect when people started doing this when FB allowed some awful mysoginistic pages. FB refused to do anything until some big companies said they were withdrawing advertising.

RunRunRuby · 23/02/2014 22:11

Dear God, that is disgusting. You expect paedophiles to be hidden away in dark corners of the internet, not happily posting on a public Facebook page. At least hopefully it could lead to some of them being caught or prosecuted? Or perhaps their friends/families will see that they've liked/commented on the page and be warned. I will report to the link above.

Crazedpinkstarfish · 23/02/2014 22:11

I may be wrong but I thought (defo in America) that porngraphy showing younger girls (even if portrayed by 18+ models) is now illegal and constitutes child porn.

MamaMary · 23/02/2014 22:12

From what I could see, the page has been there since November 2013? It said at the bottom that it was created then.

Mignonette · 23/02/2014 22:12

What I mean is that the more sexualised poses are of girls that may well be over the age of consent. The younger girls are in less sexualised poses. I haven't looked at all of it (no way!) but scrolled down enough to see that a rather amateur attempt at staying within the 'law' has been made.

The fact though that the sites theme is sexualised and invites people to sexually evaluate every photo is the clincher.

DrownedGirl · 23/02/2014 22:12

Ugh
Looking at that and the profile of mr Hopkins led me in 2 or 3 clicks to a fb page with girls having sec with dogs and horses

Yet even reporting those pictures to fb didn't warrant any action by them

Nomorepeppapig · 23/02/2014 22:13

Iv reported it too. Fb said it won't be removed. I'm going to report it to the police tomorrow. I feel like leaving fb I'm so disgusted.

Crazedpinkstarfish · 23/02/2014 22:13

I'm sorry but what is leading people to dig deeper? Morbid curiosity?

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 23/02/2014 22:14

I have reported it too. Things like that make me feel physically sick Sad. And Angry, very very angry.

Mignonette · 23/02/2014 22:14

Don't follow the likers - your browsing history will not tell of your good intent, only the fact that you viewed pages that may well be illegal.

In fact MN may well be breaking the law if any of these girls are under age.

MamaMary · 23/02/2014 22:15

I'm starting to think that anyone who is on Facebook now needs to start asking if they want to support an organisation that condones child porn. :(

Crazedpinkstarfish · 23/02/2014 22:15

How would Mumsnet be breaking the law? Do you think that is the reason for their unusual silence.

LynetteScavo · 23/02/2014 22:16
Shock

Have reported to FB.

I have no words. Angry

youarewinning · 23/02/2014 22:16

What is sickening me to the core is that some of the younger girls do look like they are just posing. Some of Ds friends like to pose for photos (6-10yo) and girls this age wear short shorts, bikinis etc. Therefore could they be photos parents have put on FB of their children which have then been transposed to this site by sick sick people? An innocent Anouilh photo is not innocent when attached to some of the things written on that site. Sad

Mignonette · 23/02/2014 22:16

Supa you need to ask MN to remove your original link - to safeguard this site from the possible legal repercussions.

Funnyfoot · 23/02/2014 22:16

Messaged all on my facebook telling them I was deleting my account and why. I do not wish to be party to anything that allows shit like that. Utterly vile.

SackAndCrack · 23/02/2014 22:16

migonette but surely our history would also show this thread before and after viewing that fb page?

LynetteScavo · 23/02/2014 22:17

If FB think this is acceptable, I don't think I will be able to use FB anymore. Sad

Helppleasaadise · 23/02/2014 22:17

I'm afraid I don't want to click on the link but really hope it's removed/ police use it as intel
