I've been asked to share and ask others to report the page and it really is awful. Facebook are refusing to take it down because it contains no nudity...what do we do?????

This site would be breaking the law by having a link to child pornography upon it no matter what the intentions. And we have all broken the law by looking at it.

Rommell · 23/02/2014 22:18

I have reported to the IWF. There is now a comment from Mumsnet (looks like someone from Mumsnet Local?) on the page but my browser has crashed and I don't really want to access it for a second time.

IneedAwittierNickname · 23/02/2014 22:18

Also reported. What. Vile page

Crazedpinkstarfish · 23/02/2014 22:18

I havn't viewed the link and know that there will be others who also have not. A search of my (and their) hardrive would show that.

supadupapupascupa · 23/02/2014 22:18

if there was a problem with the link, MNHQ would remove it surely?

Well that would be our raison d'etre Sack but it still illegal to view it or possess it or distribute it and this link is distribution.

Hushabyelullaby · 23/02/2014 22:18

Have reported to IWF too. This has upset me so much

AlpacaYourThings · 23/02/2014 22:18

I wish I hadn't clicked that link...

MamaMary · 23/02/2014 22:18

I only glanced at the page as I quickly scrolled down it, but a pp who said it was amateurish was right.

It was also a curious mix of very sexualised images (underwear/ full sexy suspenders) and other 'ordinary' pictures, e.g. a young girl in her pyjamas standing on the stairs (maybe five or six) which had the caption: 'sexy or just cute'?

This has to be illegal.

Theoldhag · 23/02/2014 22:19

I have checked all of the people that have 'liked' the photos, most are men with young girls in 'sexy' poses Sad. I am going through and making sure that I have these fb members details to hand over to the police. It really does look to me like a pedo ring.

Poor girls

Mignonette · 23/02/2014 22:19

I have contacted HQ - the link doesn't need to be there.

Mama its very common for paedophiles to read sex into seemingly innocent pictures. (I did law at Uni not just into this shit) Thats why sometimes it can be difficult to make mud stick to these people.

Mignonette · 23/02/2014 22:20

No don't click.

NeverKnowinglyUnderstood · 23/02/2014 22:21

SO Sad for those poor girls.

I have clicked through and looked at some of the photo's and looked at the pages of some of the men who have made hideous comments on them.

The reality is that they are totally stupid as well as vile. Photo's and details of work places and who they are related to etc.

If Anonymous do decide to target the page and the animals on it (which I hope they do) they have alot of information to go on without much effort.

Crazedpinkstarfish · 23/02/2014 22:21

IMO there is zero need to click the link, its described enough to get the gist. Why for the love of God would you need to see it?

InTheRedCorner · 23/02/2014 22:22

What is the best way to report this page? Some of the girls really are under aged and I fear groomed.

I've looked at the police link but it's not specific and I've reported to FB which was a waste of time.

MamaMary · 23/02/2014 22:22

Really wish I hadn't clicked. You can't delete those images from your memory.

Whatnamenext · 23/02/2014 22:22

IVe reported it - where does feedback show up?

WeDontDoPrincess · 23/02/2014 22:22

I haven't clicked on the link, but anyone that has surely must be able to show that they clicked with the intention of reporting/having it removed, therefore although strictly speaking illegal, it's be highly unlikely they'd be prosecuted.

I hope the 'powers that be' act soon.

shakinstevenslovechild · 23/02/2014 22:23

Tomorrow night (when I'm allowed back on) I'm stopping all my FB advertising and taking my page and account off there.

I will not pay nearly £200 a month in advertising to any organisation that condones/supports child pornography (and then bans me for 24 hours for complaining about it) although I'm sure FB won't give a shit about that either Angry

youarewinning · 23/02/2014 22:23

Good idea migno it would be just awful if in everyone's good intentions they happened to be breaking the law. I reported to correct authorities after viewing it. TBH I did not expect to see what I saw. I have realised how naive I am when I expected a page from naive and misinformed mums showing pictures of their girls which they thought cute. Purely because I know some parents think saying their child is sexy is somehow a cutesy thing iyswim?

Crazedpinkstarfish · 23/02/2014 22:23

Intention rarely shows up on internet browsing history.
