Ice?

Sounds very painful. Wouldn't use cream tbh.

TambaIsBadBadBad · 31/07/2006 19:44

Charlee · 31/07/2006 19:46

TambaIsBadBadBad · 31/07/2006 19:48

Sudo cream sounds like a good idea. Water proof too isnt it? Will try that and see if it hurts to wee. Have been dying to go all afternoon!

dd1 has a small cut in that area, i just get her to put a small blob on it. (she is 6years old, and doesnt want me to do it)

VeniVidiVickiQV · 31/07/2006 20:25

Tamba Tamba Tamba

Charlee · 31/07/2006 20:27

Ta misdee i will try this for DS tomorrow (he is only coming 2 so i have to do it) i didnt want to put it on and have it fall off or something bad. so i figured i would get Tamba to give it a go first and let us know what happens!

FrannyandZooey · 31/07/2006 20:48

Tamba, when you need a wee, if it is still sore take a jug of water with you and pour it over "that area" while you do your wee. It will still sting but it will dilute the acidity of the urine

(top tip from my midwife after hideous botched episiotomy)

hub2dee · 31/07/2006 20:53

Rather that than reach for the 'freezey cool' spray they advertise to keep cool in the sun. pmsl.

TambaIsBadBadBad · 31/07/2006 21:11

SudoCream seems to work....

Bucketsofdinosaurs · 31/07/2006 21:37

For future reference I swear by Germolene as it has contains a local anaesthetic. Really is magic cream that makes the sore bits go away!

TambaIsBadBadBad · 31/07/2006 21:38

Oh there is Noooooooo way it will happen again Lesson Learnt!!
