try drapolene on it.its like sudocrem but doesnt seem to sting as much as far as i know.
sory if too much information but imade the mistake to wiping myself after toilet with false nails on! they went through the paper and cut me in a very sensitive place towards the front!
doctor told me to use drapolene.dont even worry about rubbing it in, just blob it on.
the pouring water from a jug idea is great.i had to do that once id had2 episiotomys with my first child.was the only way i could wee without screaming!

Calendula cream! Nelsons or Boots, it fixes everything sore on skin, it's magic stuff - £4-5 for a small tube but it goes a long way.

Oh, and better than a jug of water is a squeezy bottle - eg empty well-washed shampoo bottle or similar - you can aim it right at the spot
