Thalismum, YES true people do ask advice and expect it to be true, however Izzy has also mentioned other agencies.

I wouldnt have signed with UA on the basis of one person saying they had work. Thats my point. I reseach the, look at their client list and spoke to some of their clients. I spoke to numerous people.

I am not going to fall out with people over it, I come here for a friendly chat. All im saying is that IMO its no as BIG as people are making it seem.

thalismum , do you know her every move, to know that shes made a full years life up?
and one of the photos shoots ds went to the photographer was saying that he uses family and friend a lot of times it dont cost as much as paying the agency

i havent followed her life, I can read actually!! How pathetic!

I cannot believe you think it is ok to dupe people for a long time with a pack of lies! Listening to bull about how her dd did at a casting etc and how the client said her dd was so good at the shoot. It is all in her head and that aint normal. Dont care what you say it is not normal to lie.

Have a read back on here and look at the posts where she said particular agencies got her particular jobs. If a friend has got her a job then it is only a couple at the most! The rest on that long list are meant to be from IK/CK & AK. Well we know IK is crap, cos they were a non event, we will know in the morning if CK got her any, and I doubt that very much now and I doubt that AK had all them jobs on that lovely long list she concocted! I'm sure AK would be pleased to hear they had all that work LOL

i dont know any of you and yes people have asked me about ds agency, which for me as been great, but i always tell them to check them out if they want to join. its there choice!

i think what thalimum has tried to say with her size 9's is that a few of the mums are chatting about why she lied and they want to know if she is. That's for them to want to know and if others arent bothered then so be it

no need to argue but not sure I can understand why a few people have come on here and defended someone that it looks like has lied through their back teeth, then called someone else pathetic for accusing them of doing it

am i missing something here too?

I would have thought the liar was the pathetic one, or am I wrong?

i am ringing ck tomorrow for myself and i think another mum on here said they are going to too. I think if anyone wants to know the truth then they should call them themselfs and not listen to it on here. Then make their own conclusion

im sure izzy's dd does, well she's done every other job in England!!!! im sure she'll go for a casting if your offering (if she can fit you in of course * very busy mum that izzy)

The reason we beieve Izzy over glug is because she has been here for longer! She has no reason to lie.

You are believing one person who said that her (Izzy) LO hasnt had work. So why cant we believe one person (Izzy) who says that their LO has had work?

If the agency reveals that information to anyone other than the parent or a client (who must have a valid reference code) then they would be in breach of the Data Protection Act (1984) and would be open to prosecution.

I wouldn't want information regarding me or my DS passed out to just anyone who called up to ask.

Although I still stick by the view that, IF Izzy has lied then she is lying to herself, and that it doesnt really effect mine and my DD life.

the reason I'm miffed by it if she is lying is because if she is telling lies then that is not right. People (and I for one) come on here to get information. I dont care if she's said good things about other agencies too, but if she is giving false info about an agency then that person could be swayed into joining that company by what she has said and that's not fair! People normally come on here because they are worried about going to an agency and not getting work and getting ripped off. And they might go with an agency off the back of what she's said and be ever so disappointed if they dont get one job after the other like she says her dd has.

I think that is a fair comment to make and I am not trying to be nasty, really

data protection act is there to stop personal info being given out by, or to a third party. Telling someone that a child has had no work with them is not personal info and I am sure would not be in breach of that.
Loads of agencies have on their websites lists of jobs and the names of the kids that did them and that is not illegal? So what is the difference between that and saying it on the phone? Nothing

yes it is personal info because its a contract!

ds agency as a list, of work done, but ds is only listed of doing one, and i did take this up with them, and there answer was we can not put every one on the list

Urban Angels and Eurokids have got a list of all the jobs and kids names next to them on their websites. I think they'll be pleased to hear that they are breaking the law?

And an agency can put photo's and other kids details on a website and that is personal information?

you dont need to call ck at all. They list all their work on their website and the kids names and cecilia isnt on there at all. And they do list all their jobs cos they are a fairly new agency and not had bundles since they started. My step uncle is a barrister, I'll ask him if its illegal to give out that info instead of listening to a stranger on here (like you so cleverly pointed out to everyone else!!)
