someone wrote "if you were stupid enough to join an agency on the word of someone from an internet forum, thats your own fault!" What then is the point of this forum. I understand that we cannot take the word of one person but surely the whole point of this thread is to help people and give them the best advice we can offer.

agreed mrratty > it would be silly to take the word of someone that you dont know that posted on here, but if someone on here is offering advice and telling stories about all the work her daughter has done, I wonder if anything she says can be believed?

Look at CK webite! on the public page there is no sign of her dd on any of those jobs?

Chatroom are dodgy places, we all know that, but you dont expect an adult to be telling those whoppers do you and for years! I wonder what the motif is and now think it is just that she is jealous of all the work the other parents are getting so makes things up to feel a part of it all.

this is all really stupid, izzyrubi gives good advice on all agencies and not only the ones her child is with, my daughter recently joined mot thanks to her advice but I tried many agencies and I thought mot was the right one, if my daughter doesn't get work I will blame myself, not her.

i'm a reader more than a poster but was having a laugh with this fight. my kids r with a k and i have personally met izzyrubi (so lucky i am) at two castings so she does exist, tcharaaam!!!!!!!!! if u go back to the jobs izzy said her daughter's done she did not mention any agency, only the jobs, so either u can't read or maybe u don't want to read!

funny how all these certain people suddenly appear when izzy is put on the spot about something. You wouldn't happen to be all in the same room, same family, or even worse the same person!!

It is all as barking as it sounds Hunker, Iz is a quite normal mum who has given advice on here and for some reason there are others out to trip her up. She has had a rough ride recently with a poorly child and a new baby, I cannot believe that she is coming under fire in such a big way from people who I'm afraid come across as being vindictive and petty. Throwing accusations of name changers is pathetic, its all been done before pot and kettle and all that. We are not all stupid I can see through it all, you atre winning no respect and certainly are not tarring Izzy's name as those of us who know her don't need to be proved anything. oh and btw I am not a member of iz's family, i have just returned from my holiday, hence me wading in at this point and not before, i have four kids all with urban angels, just in case anyone feels like accusing me aof anything untoward

fanny5 is just trying to pick a fight with izzyrubi and none of it makes sense, just leave her alone. You really ain't gonna find a fight here, everybody's been defending izzyrubi and they will keep doing so, just get out of it.

we always get the odd fruit loop coming on here under various guises.. slating people, bigging up certain agencies (that they probably work for) fanjita, a lot of iz's daughters work has not been agency based.. she did something for pregnancy mag, another for a friend etc... There are lots of these threads, and have been for ages so read back, do some research and then comment something valid

ugh? I cannot get my head round why you lot have a mental block when it comes to the statemnets izzy has made about ck and the work she has 'had' with them. This is crap!
Clearly a handful of izzy cronies working together here and i dont blame you sticking up for friend. I'd do the same, but no point in ignoring the facts about what she has said cos they are all on this website in print. Ive read em and so can everyone else (or those that choose to and I dont suppose her buddies or she will of course!)

Just have a read through, then tell me she hasnt said ck gave her work? you wont be able to. Also if she is getting all that work through a friend then why is she joined loads of agencies to get work? and why then lie about the work she has had?

If my friend got me loads of work I would be only too pleased to tell the world that they got it for me and would NOT tell everyone that an agency got it.

listen, izzy has been on here for ages. She's been very helpful and is very knowledgable so there's no need to have a go at her!

Ive read through all the posts she's put on here and she did say she's had work with CK quite a few times to be fair so that is true and I'm sure she wouldn't lie so that is unfair to accuse her of that. What reason would she have for petty sake? I have to say that I am really intreeged now and think I will call CK tomorrow myself and ask if she has done anything. I'll post what they say to me on here after.

that will set the record straight once and for all and stop all the bickering! Dont worry izzy we're all on your side except for a few doubters trying to stir up trouble. Ignore them!

the weirdly bitchy world of child modellers..I just can't begin to imagine what a big casting is like, do you all try and sabotage each others chances..

have never encountered bitchiness in rl just on here, and lets face it wherever women congregate there will always be a few!! I have met some lovely people through modelling and my kids have made some friends, shame that this thread perpetuates the stereotype

I agree mykdsum, until yesterday this thread was very friendly, ts rep has only been turned bitch by two people.
I went to a casting yesterday with DD there were 7 children and 12 adults and there was NO bitching at all.
We sat around for 15 mins waiting for the client to set-up, and were all chatting etc, and everyone wished us luck and I to them, when we left (we were secound in and secound out). I wouldnt call this bitchy!!

I agree it was fine before yesterday! It's not normally like that. To be fair glug did start it all off, but only by posting a comment because of what she was told by ck and there was nothing bitchy about that, she just said what she was told and asked a question. It was the other one, fanny, that piped up and started it all off the back of that who caused it all. I dont think glug was trying to cause a row but was just putting her opinion down. She didnt maintain a row after that and was quite nice really?

I think all these female hormones should slow down and concentrate them on better things that are more important

i really don't understand why izzy is being singled out, she along with a few of us have been on this thread for a long time, she like myself has done a lot of research into the modeling indusrty. although personally myself i don't think it is right to say that this is the best agency or this one is not because everyone has differant experiances with differant agencies so how can any one person say this is the best agency to go with, and to be honest no one has actually said that and i don't think anyone would. i think most people who ask for advice get answers from a few people not just izzy and i don't think this is a case of jesus and his followers. i would just hope that new people that come on do have the sence to listen to everyones views and not just one person. when looking for an agency, like izzy has said many times and i totally agree, go to a few differant agegcies like mot, urban angels, kids london,bruce and brown and if you got older children bizzykidz, they all have a proven track record of getting loads of work and surely that is what counts, don't be tempted to go with a new agency wait until that agency has proved it's self and that way you won't get repeats of the ik thing. i must admit we have been to many castings and jobs and there is always loads of differant agencies represented so personally i would say does it really matter which agency you are with as long as it is one of the well known ones, they all get the same brief so if there looking for a blonde haired blue eyed 6 year old, then if your agency is doing there job properly and if your child fits the breif then he or she will be put forward weither there on mot, bruce and brown or u/a. oh and i wouldn't go with an agency that charges over a £100 for photo's but that's my personal view.
