Mimi - because of it when we moved we sort of 'forgot' to bring it. You wait till your little one gets that bit older! especially as he is a boy. saying that my daughter is far more mischevious than my son ever was!

anyone know what has happened to IK? Have they really disapeared or is it just temp thing. Ive read down the thread but too much and my eyes are going dizzy. I saw something about tenancy ran out or something, is that right or was that talking about something else

i have no idea on whats going on with IK. i cant get through on the phone, and havent heard from them in over a month. i'll paste the last email i had from them in a mo.

As some of you have been informed over the last couple of days by phone, Inspired Models has been approached by the local council and been asked to cease any photographic work ongoing from our building as of last week. This obviously has caused us massive disruption mainly within the kids department, but also affecting live videos for adults.

The reason we have had this order is because of our ?ancient? phase 1 electricity supply, which apparently does not legally allow us to run photographic equipment within our ?protected trust buildings?, so this therefore has voided all lease contracts/insurance we currently have in place.

We therefore terminated our lease and are looking for new allocation for our offices in and around the London area as we speak. I spoke to a parent yesterday who says she has been trying to call frequently but hasn?t been able to get through, it is for this reason, we are also favouring the client lines over any public phone call, which I?m sure you can appreciate. Inspired are now in the middle of a lot of negotiations throughout Europe with model agencies, so I seem to be in foreign lands more than I am in my own home.

Any parents who are waiting for their portfolio photographs or second/third set to be done, please can you email [email protected] so we have an idea as to who we will be needing to shoot once we have set up properly in our new environment. Please do be patient with us, we will try to keep the same phone number (if BT let us) however you will be notified if we get a new one. All client numbers stay the same

For now, any body who feels their child has changed so dramatically that the original pictures no longer look like their children, please can you supply me with 2 headshots and 2 full body shots so I can supply them to the clients when needed (the old fashioned way) until we can get somewhere sorted.

thanks for that!! I didnt get that email. I paid £150 and theyve gone and I called the operator and they told me the line was ceased. I have emailed them and had no reply so I am really angry. I hope that email isnt a load of rubbish. only my dad is a private investigator and he did some searches on them and they have no client lines so don't know why they put that on there? I am in Walthamstow on Friday so I think I might take a drive to their offices to see what's really going on

i don't know.. maybe we should all be a bit more optimistic, but i've had someone con us out of £8k who was honest and convincing. his bitch wife and kids went to the caribbean with my money. we justgot to re-mortgage our house. £100 is not soooo bad {grin}

that new premises lark is crap and just a stalling tactic by the looks of things. My old man thinks I need therapy for even getting involved because they had no client list to speak of at all, compared with other agencies and he said they were too small and not established enough and the bigger agencies were too much competition. Seems he was spot on there (not that I would admit it to his face )

We can't get it back. He was struck off so cannot even claim state redundancy. Wish I'd have taken the offers to have his legs broken instead! He's done worse to other people. I'm a firm beleiver in karma. I hope it gets sorted. Perhaps you could contact trading standards?
