It's like watching my life in 13 minutes.

And probably explains why sometimes I can have a sense of humour failure when being told I am selfish blah blah. Just trying to avoid this, exactly this, 2nd time round.

We (ds1 and myself) re-enacted the first scene only this morning. He was even dressed in a red coat.

It also explains why I am propping up a large glass of red wine at this very moment.

I have saved it to desktop but have just checked and it is just the streamed link. So I can get to it easier, but the link will still die on Sunday IYSWIM.

I don't think they'll let you - it's streamed from the site. If I try and save it, it saves something incredibly short (i.e. not 15 mins worth of film!) and then complains it's a corrupt file.

I'm guessing it's some sort of copy protection, tbh.

Maybe contact the site and see if a copy is available?

Go to the first post in the thread it links to (by Davros)

Skip the intro

Then click on 'to be informed" (or it may come up in a ruler thing at the top)

And watch "autism every day"

It's really stunned me actually as so many of the actions are ones we see in ds1, and so many of things the mothers' say are things I have said.

pmsl alexsmum. I did think of sending the link to our friend katie grant, the girl in particular was verbal and appeared quite high functioning, but I suspect kg would just say that she had "real" autism and there are still loads of hangers on out there.
